Tips : You can make paneer at your home also. Homemade paneer is
very much hygienic. In order to make 200 grams paneer, you have to take 1
litre milk and half spoon vinegar or lemmon juice. Start boiling the milk in heavy bottom pot on
medium flame. Stir the milk for 1 min add lemmon juice and stir for more 1
min. When milk gets separated, immediately switch off the gas. Pour whole milk on a separate clean cloth. You will see that thick cheese
will get separated in the cloth. Put some heavy weight for half an hour on wrapped cloth so that water gets drained out.Home made paneer is ready. Now you can make any paneer dish from it.
